This course is designed for people who want to start and/or build a career working with Microsoft D365. This course will cover various aspects of D365 not taught by other courses. You will learn important technical and business concepts and principles, and will have the opportunity to practice techniques they learned during theory part of the course. You will learn how to apply business analysis techniques when assessing D365 in an operational environment. This course is built by using modules from D365. You will have the opportunity to practice techniques you learned during the theory part of this course. This guarantees that you will gain proficiency implementing the required functionalities in real life projects. At the end of each section of the course you will complete a quiz, designed to assess your knowledge, and what areas you might need additional support in, you are then supported in these areas by the weekly group coaching sessions. Each week you will have the opportunity to join a group coaching session, where you will get to speak with Seth, get additional, personalised support, and you also get to ask him any questions you have.
